“I work in analogue and use 35mm / 120mm or 16mm for my work. I wouldn't specifically consider myself a photographer, as I see the camera as a medium to express how I perceive my surroundings. My practice gives me the time to focus, slow down and offers a glimpse into my world of thought.
I am intrigued by the work of Julia Kristeva, Hélène Cixous, Ann Fessler, Tacita Dean and Chantal Ackerman.
My work surrounds personal matters and the poetry of daily life I am drawn to the ocean, the sky and the clouds, black's and white's and blue's, rivers of tears, family ties and memories.”
